No one there to welcome us , told there was parking space on, whole place was filthy, front garden was a mess, couldn’t unlock back door too rear garden, toilewas so close to shower cubical, struggled to sit on the loo., no hand towel in bathroom. Switch on kettle was broken, fob on the keys was absolutely filthy,to the property and room. Kitchen was not clean at all.

Awful, dirty the worst place I have stayed with Booking.com avoid avoid save your money, I work in the building trade there is know way this property is compliant

Noisy neighbours General finishes were poor En suite very cramped

We arrived and they were frantically cleaning. The shower had public hair on the surface. Mot very comfortable beds, and not enough plug sockets. Toilets are way to close to the radiator. En suites very tight

Check in was easy and the room was tidy. The shower was ok a little tired looking and the toilet is a tight squeeze if you’re on the chubby side. A touch noisy from the other guests and unfortunately even with lots of no smoking signs someone still did. Overall for the money it’s ok.

Location was fine

It was a building site front and back, bedroom very unkempt, wardrobe doors were filthy, the chair in the room was disgusting, the on suit was not finished to a high standard, chipped door frames , broken mirror on the wall, the window only opened an inch and on one of the hottest days of the year the fan just didn’t do anything. We were woken a 3 am when other people staying came home and at 6-30 in the morning someone tried our door , I have photos to back up my statement
