Key to our room not available. Had been taken in error by other guests. No response from owner to our email. We had no option but to drive another 200 miles home.

Clean, quiet and met my needs

Tricky door to open multiple key attempts before main door opened. Can there be access to microwave for a traveller with their own meals. Took time to find bathroom light Hard bed

It was warm

The mirror in bathroom was broken, paint peeling of ceilings, hair in shower cubicle smoke alarm of ceiling and put on top of wardrobe with no batteries in it, blinds were broken with no curtains up, wardrobe was filthy with no handles on it, and the promised garden view was a view of a building site to be fair room is looking very tired and needs redecorating and new furniture

Awful Experience - Left After 10 Minutes I booked this B&B for a stay with my 4-year-old son and nephew, but we left within 10 minutes of arriving due to the appalling standards. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, which was already a disappointment. Worse, there were no fire alarms in the property, making it unsafe, especially for children. The place was filthy, with mould and rust in the bathroom, and there were clear signs of poorly executed electrical repairs that raised serious safety concerns. The property felt completely inappropriate for families and was nowhere near an acceptable standard of cleanliness or safety. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Would you like to adjust the tone or add anything specific?
