We left after 7 minutes!!!! Everything, on arrival front of property is like a builders yard. Staircase smoke alarm falling from the ceiling, no smoke alarm in room, mould everywhere in the shower room, wardrobe was filthy, could go on ……..

This was by no means what expected ,and would not book with you again u less resolved,the toilet was down hallway believed in the room,bedding was wee stained cleanliness was not best and toilet area was directly on to shower so no room,no fire detectors. Was in the air no batteries could see no fire extinguisher,was very unsettled rooms were walls so thin could here all noises am very unhappy and suggest you check these items am happy to prove evidence off all my issues have stated, very unhappy and would never go back await you response

There wasn't any

The house was a building site

It was situated near to the town.

The rubbish in the garden. Unable to access the shared kitchen most of the time. A very small bathroom, which was along the corridor, not in the room.

It was clean

Ceiling tile loose on ceiling, hanging down, shower plinth broken, bathrooms very small, one guest struggled to get onto toilet as space very small and narrow. No where to put wash bag in bathroom to use sink. No milk or coffee in one room and no tea in the other room.

It was quiet

Bebbing was not changed,smells towel overused, no side lamp, socket far from the bed.. etc

Ideal location nice and cosy

Self check in was smooth and communication was good.

The communal areas of the property were unclean. The top of the glass table in the kitchen was loose. Smoke detectors were clearly disconnected and some of the electrics in the room questionable.

Help from only other guest very helpfull as owners did not turn up to welcome us did not see owners at all?????

Bedroom lots of dirt tissues and lighter under bed tapes loose in bathroom
