Superb breakfast and very comfortable rooms

Jan was an excellent hostess, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to your requirements and was also excellent. Location was brilliant...the pretty garden gate leading almost onto the seafront.

The bathroom was very clean but rather small.

Beautiful location, stunning room with the most amazing view. Really spacious, clean and one of the comfiest beds ever. Could not fault Beaches.

I could write a novel about all the things I loved about this place, but number one would be the owner Jan, who welcomed us in on day one and made us feel completely at home. So friendly and kind. And an amazing cook! The breakfasts were delicious! The best I’ve had to be honest. We had the room with the kitchen attached and it was fabulous. So spacious and clean with a gorgeous view of the stunning garden. I felt sad thinking about leaving it to go home. We had space to come and go as we pleased through the garden gate. I will definitely be booking here again.
