Die Vermieterin ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie hat uns in verschiedenen Belangen geholfen, hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr. Nach hintenraus mit Zugang zur Seeseite gab es einen wunderschönen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Das Frühstück war vorzüglich, nichts in Verpackungen: selbstgemachte Marmeladen, frisches Obst in kleinen Schalen schön zubereitet, Naturjoghurt , Cerealien usw. alles sehr liebevoll präsentiert und frisch zubereitet vom gekochten Schinken bis über die Eier und andere Beilagen nach Wunsch.

Great location, just moments from Ayr beach. Our room was spotless and had everything you need, including some yummy homemade shortbread. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, the homemade jams were delicious, and Jan was a lovely, compassionate host. Thank you for making our stay as comfy as possible.

Jen was a brill host breakfast was marvellous plenty of choice filled. You up for day Jen is a hive of i formation told us the best eating places which was good if you have never been and love the large back garden to sit in which we did hope to be back soon was worth the long trip

The property had everything you needed, was lovely inside, the garden to sit outside, the location was perfect x 2 minutes walk to the beech and close to the shops and restaurants,just over 10 minutes away from the train station x the homemade shortbread and the wee bottle of milk plus the usual tea, coffee, etc was a nice touch, the shortbread was amazing x jan and Kirsty were lovely as well as the lovely Harris who was there to great us in the garden x can’t wait to go back with my partner

It was simply the perfect place to enjoy a few days at the sea. The owner was absolutely kind and fulfilled all our needs and wishes. The room (Nr. 5) offered a sunset-view and was perfectly equipped.

I thought it was gorgeous and so close to the beach!
