"A beautiful guest house in a great location !"

This beautiful guest house was absolutely perfect and is situated backing on to Low Green and yards from the beach. Jan and Kirsty were wonderful hosts and their garden room was delightful with its own kitchen and private garden. Very clean and peaceful.

Internet was a bit of a hit or a miss, but that didn't bother us at all.

Hostess Jan, friendly and kind, allowed us to check in hours early. Homemade shortbread and tea facilities in beautiful, spotlessly clean room and shower. Nice to have fridge available with fresh milk. Beautiful well maintained home and garden with lovely entrance and hanging baskets, very welcoming. Nice to have historical information available in room.

Loved the fact that our room opened out on to a beautiful garden with a gate that lead straight across to the beach...which was massive. JAN Had bought me gluten free biscuits as I couldn't have her home made shortbread that was in our room along with various teas and fresh milk in the fridge. Room was fab breakfast was the best weve ever had including home made jams 'and special yoghurt n musili dishes..also gf for coeliac cereals n bread..oh and the beds were comfy.

There wasn't anything that we could find fault with

The location was perfect for our stay, Jan the owner was the perfect hostess, extremely friendly and very professional, the house was beautifully decorated and everything was clean and tidy. I was allowed to park my motorcycle safely in the yard to the rear of the property which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast was as good as it gets. We have been to Ayr every year for the last 20 years and this is the best Guesthouse there.

Nothing everything was perfect.
