Everything - a stunning property with every convenience. Beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Toiletries were lush. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Shortbread was the best I’ve tasted! Jan is just lovely. Delighted to have received an upgrade. I can’t wait to go back!

"Beautiful location at the beach, cosy, friendly place to stay with everything you'd expect and more."

On arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful spacious room with access to the garden. Spotless but homely room, super comfy bed with extra blankets if needed. Toiletries supplied in the en suite bathroom. Proper coffee, tea, hot chocolate with fresh milk (in the little fridge) were appreciated as well as the tin of home made shortbread. The hosts could not have done more to make us feel welcome, from travel tips to banter at breakfast, they were fabulous. The breakfasts were cooked to order with a great choice of items as well as fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt, croissants to enjoy while the breakfast cooked. The home made jams were also delicious. Would totally recommend Beaches to anyone travelling to Ayr, we could not fault our stay.

The lady was nice and helpfull

I was diappointed to get disgraded from the upper room looking át the sea to basement with not a lot of light, 1 plus bed is no compensation

Everything !! Parking was Easy , Welcome was excellent , (Kirsty very friendly and professional) Room was fabulous , Breakfast was Amazing , Jan (The Proprietor) was incredible, She met all of our requests and was very friendly and personable.

The Weather :) , that was the only fault I could find during our stay.
