The breakfast was excellent. A great selection and cooked to order. The room was clean and had every we needed. Lovely home made shortbread and fresh milk for the tea.

The owner Jan was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Nice touch in the room was the homemade shortbread which was demolished!!!

Jan is a lovely host. Beautiful room and spotlessly clean. Great location. Fresh milk and fabulous homemade shortbread along with tea, coffee etc. Will definitely stay there again when I’m next in Ayr.
