Always a friendly greeting. Clean, tidy, airy and bright rooms. Great tea, coffee making facilities and lovely fresh cooked breakfast. Spotless bedding and towels.

"Beautiful friendly b&b"

Warm and friendly staff, the room was spacious and very clean . Breakfasts were amazing , very well cooked and very flexible with my fussy eating and food intolerance

The big light in the bathroom could have been brighter but the small light made up for it

Very comfortable. Very clean . Kay and Richard and staff were very welcoming. Popular place to stay walking distance to the beach and shopping area. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
