The property is furnished and finished to and extremely high standard. Considering it’s a Grade 2 listed building, every aspect of the property was immaculate.

It’s not technically en suite. But, it’s over 150 years old, which is understandable. You’ve got your own dedicated bathroom which is just outside your door.

Mirain was an absolute joy, ensuring our stay was warm and welcoming. The bedroom, facilities, grounds and house were amazing, steeped in history and handicrafts.

There was a good choice of breakfasts, with cereal, fruit salad and fruit juices always available. The cooked breakfasts were excellent. The vegetarian sausages, homemade, were superb, as was the scrambled egg with smoked salmon. The room and facilities available could not be faulted; every effort to make our stay comfortable was made. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, towels etc.

Cannot think of anything. Our only gripe was that we hadn’t booked for a longer stay! There is nothing more to add.

The guest house host was lovely, warm and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing, there was a wide range of choice to cater for every need and I would recommend the three main dishes I had (one of them twice). The location was as advertised, close enough for easy access to most of North Wales.
