Great location & very quite

For the cost of- nothing to dislike

Tidy enough, great location.

Basic facilities, a chair would definitely be useful

The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower hot and the coffee mugs were clean.

The floors and carpet were dirty, the outside yard (which was our view from the window) was cluttered and ugly and the decor was poor.

Needs a decent mattress. Bed lumpy.

The bed

Was given my requested room with only one flight of stairs. Convenient access with keybox and code. Warm and comfortable king size bed. Quiet location. Close to bus and railway stations, pubs and harbour.

No chair in room. Lighting barely adequate for reading and writing. Protruding nails in toilet door frame could gash your hand.

The position is quite comfortable to explore Caernafon. It's located in the city center within the city walls. It looks like an old house. I did not check if the bed linen were clean, but they looked ok from the outside.

The room's moquette was dirty and smelt of cigarette smoke. The entrance felt like it was abandend, but overall in shape, the toilet is really not fancy at all, it's at the level of a public toilet. As I really can't stand the smell of smoke I had to find a different accomodation for the night. But if you are ok with a simple room then it may be ok.

It was an amazing location from outside the house. You could see the castle tower.

Parking was a problem
