Tegfan -The Anglesey Townhouse

Location

Property was not clean. Room was not clean, bedside cabinets had stains all over them,missing paint and stains on walls, towels had stains on them. Windows broken.

the area was a nice place but the locals werent friendly

very unsatisfied with the place and communication was poor we came down for a charity fundraiser and the hotel was so bad we didn't even stay, we ended up leaving and not getting home until early hours in the morning. the shower door didn't shut, one of the toilets had human mess over it which made it unuseable, one of the showers didn't have hot water, the room wasn't that clean, parking was not what you'd expect from a hotel.

A central location in the old walled town. I had breakfast at Weatherspoon's (less than 1/4 m away). A very comfortable bed and plenty of room.

The room had only two power points. The staff didn't enter the room 'til I asked for the waste bin to be emptied and for additional coffee & milk. The washbasins, shower and toilets were 1/2 floor below my room.

The way out

The photos of the property are probably 10 years or more out of date and do not reflect the current condition of the property . The surfaces were unclean and although the bed linen looked laundered it bore stains of a sordid past

Fabulous location and Andrea was wonderful.

Great location, right by the water with great pubs around, walkable to supermarkets and other restaurants. Great price

Some things could use a fix (flusher missing, rusty toilet holder) or a paint (marks in the ceiling by the bathroom). But still overall, everything good! :)

Close to the centre of town, bars, restaurants etc. very good value for money, friendly and helpful owners.

A little bit grubby, very basic. Heating on during 33c heatwave!

The hallway was dark and smelly and very off putting - possibly damp Maybe some automatic lighting would be nice and the room had missing paint on the wall
