Maybe more accessible access to bicycle storage rather than drag up two flights of stairs would help (its not a moan) just would be better.

The location was great for the town centre.

The room could do with a makeover. A coat of paint and a new mirror to replace the broken one. Toilets and showers could do with up-grading.

Good location inside the city wall and close to the castle.

Wouldn't stay again. No parking and the room has seen better days. Bathroom is small and has mold.

Room very dark, room very dusty and dirty in places also room looked out onto back area which wasn't a problem just look out of the window onto where rubbish was thrown, really could have been cleared away.

Basic facilities, a chair would definitely be useful

The beds were clean and comfortable, the shower hot and the coffee mugs were clean.

The floors and carpet were dirty, the outside yard (which was our view from the window) was cluttered and ugly and the decor was poor.
