Please note that alcohol is not permitted in the property. The café is open from 10.00 until 18.00 during the week, and from 10.00 until 15.00 at the weekends. It serves gluten and dairy-free meals. Guests arriving after 17:30 are requested to advise the property in advance, using the Special Requests section or the contact details on the Booking Confirmation. Arrivals after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of GBP 10.

Very nicely kept property. Very well laid out. Clean. Very comfortable room (we stayed in the Barn) Beautiful surroundings. Very friendly welcome and we felt well looked after during our stay. We had a lovely stay.

"Stunning in every way."

Stunning property, beautiful setting. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly. The room was clean and so well presented. Super comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and kept. Felt safe and comfortable. Outside space was exceptional. Would recommend and will definitely be staying again.

The family room was so spacious with all facilities you would need. Complimentary toiletries and bottled water every day. Lovely breakfast , friendly welcome on check-in and every morning. Lovely property set in beautiful quiet grounds.

"Peaceful, attractive surroundings and extremely pleasant staff."

A beautiful location and a very pleasant overnight stay on our journey down to Exmoor from Norfolk. A walk around the lakes before we set off again in the morning. A longer stay would be good so hopefully we can arrange that at a later date

It's a fantastic place , beautiful location, beautiful rooms with everything well thought of . Wonderful staff . We only stayed one night, but it was amazing . We would definitely book again if it stays the same after it's sold . It would be a shame if it was changed back to a residence..

There's nothing we didn't like it was truly a lovely place to stay . And very clean .
