The location and the car park arrangements are really great and they have a lovely lounge which is really helpful.

Highly recommend, from the location to the delicious homemade pizza to the lovely breakfast. Paul and Nicola were friendly and welcoming. Also enjoyed the included local touches such as the toilettries, biscuits etc. The guest room and coffee / cake was much appreciated too.

"Faultess - great hosts, great room, great stay!"

From the moment I arrived Paul, Nicky and their gorgeous dog Lily were really welcoming. There is nothing they haven’t thought of, everything from the room (with the most comfy bed I have slept on in a long time), the breakfast the communal areas are great. Homemade cake with fresh coffee available was such a lovely bonus. I ordered a pizza to have after a day of hiking which I highly recommend The location is perfect. A very short walk to the centre of town and Derwent Water. Thank you. I hope to be back one day.

Great location, quiet but close to the town centre. Excellent facilites with complimentary coffee, teas and homemade cake in the cosy common room. I had a single room which I found vey comfy and roomy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and our hosts, Nicky and Paul, were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic time at their guest house; I would highly recommend it and I'll try to stay there again in future visits!

Great choice of breakfast. Superb location. A beautiful shared lounge with complimentary homemade cakes, tea and coffee. Lovely clean and pretty rooms and excellent host's.

Amazing facilities at Sunnyside. Great service with exceptional food and drink. Would highly recommend the location too.

Nothing - everything at Sunnyside was to perfection, therefore nothing that there was to dislike at the property.
