Cozy tucked away and quiet

Personal touch with the owner greeting me on check in

Quiet location, warm, parking. Access to pleasant garden with seating a bonus. Near to bus stops with frequent service to station.

Rather short on items for self-catering (cutlery, bowls etc.) Wifi wasn't a good connection (though that didn't bother us)

The guest house was lovely, clean, and welcoming. It was just what I needed for a short break from home. The host Agnes was so friendly and helpful. Short walk to the local amenities

I forgot my charge plug but Agnes was thoughtful to lend me hersfor my stay. The ot thing is maybe updating the plugs to have USB ports

Relaxed and comfortable

The room as very nice and comfortable, located very close to the university and the town centre. The host was fantastic. I was made delicious breakfast which was delivered to my room.

It was clean and the owner was very communicative and helpful

Noisy room from other guests Fridge is noisy The room felt like we were staying in my dads office, functional but strange sleeping in a converted garage. The bed mattress was SO uncomfortable, we could feel the springs Only 2 tea spoons, no other cutlery or utensils. There is a microwave that you can use as nothing to eat with. 2 plates and 1 bowl! Totally pointless, just take it away if you can't let people actually eat anything
