We have stopped at Jim and Alison's several times over the years. The position of the B&B is ideal for us as it is flat and only a 10 minute stroll into town. The quality of the room and the food are very good compared to others so all in, I think it is good value for money. In addition to the above there is on site parking which is rare in Filey, so that is another benefit of the B&B.

This is me being picky!!! Because the World Cup is on, I would have liked a small fridge in the room for my beer and wine as the temperature at night was high for our stay. Just saying.

everything was perfect the nicest place we've stayed in filey the owners Jim and Alison were lovely and very welcoming the breakfast was very nice we would book again.

there was nothing to dislike.
