Excellent host. Very clean with all amenities. Great location. Very good price. Our host responded quickly to questions and allowed us to check in early. Room was a perfect size with crisp white decoration. Highly recommend.

"I’d stay again."

Having a proper welcome, when you’ve walked alone all day, without talking to many folks, is important. Nothing was a problem. Top floor room and en-suite was airy and clean.

"Pleasant short stay in Cornwall"

Very charming room, very homely. Clean, spacious room on the top floor, great views over the town to the moors and Kit Hill. Owner was very friendly, chatty and helpful, Very good value for money. Bed very comfy.

Didn't manage to work out breakfast so ended up going to a local cafe, but no real problem there. Parking outside not great but it's only a short walk to the public carpark
