Arrived at a rundown place with cracheads hanging around outside upon entering the hotel i knew it was not the hotel shown in pictures used on booking.com advertising the hotel we where shown to a tiny room with mouldy net curtains and a mouldy bathroom bareley even big enough to turn around it the matress was lumpy and the ceiling looked like it would fall down with one slam of a door the whole place had a strong smell of body odour mixed with greasy smell i managed to stay in the room for 10 mins before i had to book alternative hotel. I msgd the property and got a load of abuse and accused of being racist

The place was clean and tidy and beds was comfy. Well worth the money.

Only stayed 1 night but we did not find anything wrong with it.

I got this place on booking. Com cheap was in blackpool anyway but I went round to the address to see if the price was right pressed the ring doorbell an Asian woman said do you think you going get this at this price go away disgusting rude proof on ring doorbell wat she said then rang me more abuse well then she got the whip of me tongue split my day all she had to say sorry booking made a mistake but no have some respect don't go biting people's head off when something go s wrong

Didn't get to stay rude disrespectful woman you don't need to be like that because bookings made a mistake

The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The location was quiet

Location very close to the beach

Sadly, the overall comfort of the room was disappointing. The bed was too hard and springy, and I woke up with a headache. The room lacked ventilation and felt stuffy, and the bathroom light wasn’t working

Ness cafe was excellent!

Location was perfect.. very peaceful and easy access to amenities. 2 minute walk to beach. Room had everything I needed. Was met by Raj, who was friendly and gave me lots of information I would need during stay.

The front of the building had a lovely seating area but obviously people left cigarette butt's and rubbish there. It did give the first impression of the hotel being a bit unkempt. Once inside it was nicely decorated and clean. So maybe outside could be something to keep in mind.

It was close to the centre

It was on what looked like a derelict street, kept waiting outside to check in Needs an update and refurbishment

Clean comfortable room On street parking nearby

Couldn't get WiFi connection in my room (mate in room on other side of building was fine though)

The location and the room. it was spotless and my bed was very comfy
