Very clean very decorative and attentive to all details

Everything exactly as in the photos. The interior is exceptional, the view from the balcony was stunning, especially at night. All facilities were functional and not shabby. There is everything that you might need. The property is very tidy, not smelly and in excellent care. It is not an apartment, just a room in a guesthouse with en-suite bathroom. Neighbours only on the top floor. There is access to a shared kitchen and common area with a grand piano. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful (they live at the property so asking them for help is easy).

All was well, just some fyis: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (very sturdy mattress). The water temperature fluctuates a bit, so you have to get used to using the shower, but it’s no biggie :) If you’d like to cook in the kitchen (or use something there which is not in plain sight, you have to ask the hosts about where everything is, and after a while it is a bit awkward, as you feel like you’re intruding into a personal kitchen : it’d be great if there was a bit more in depth tour of the kitchen or some labels on the cupboards. Although the common area is open access (with some sofas, working table & chairs and a grand piano), it is not clear whether it is permitted to stay there.

The Staff there have lots of bad energy,when my gf leaving hotel the old guy tried to get her number and use gross eyes contact to her To me when I check out there just a condom and some Rubbish That guy and his voice sounds like a trans,says his going to beat me if I work there,what a joke,who want to work at that shit place Very unfriendly Ridiculous staff

The bedding was clean

The room is under the house and is dark and cold even in April. The bathroom is very cold and the heated towel rack didn’t work. The hot water tank is very small so not enough hot water for even a short shower. The kitchen is very poorly stocked with crockery and utensils and some salt pepper and coffee would have been appreciated

Located in Avlabar, few steps away from Trinity Church in a tranquil neighbourhood. Hosts were kind and responsive. The house, where also the family lives is hostorical, and the room has a pleaseant interior design. Room was clean.
