"Paradise for homestay lovers."

Paradise for homestay lovers. Well equipped kitchen, spacious living room and apartments. The hotel is run by a family who help you where- and whenever they can, in their lovely Georgian way. They organized us full-day trips by car - in great quality for a good price. In case he offers, do not niss the landlord's home-made wine - it as amazingly tasty.

"It was great there"

Great price/value ratio, close to one of the main metro stations (Avlabari). We were a bit afraid because the map shows a garage in the next building but we haven't heard any disturbing noise of them - although had seen they are working all day long. The owners are great people, the parents speak Georgian and Russian, their son English as well. They are very helpful and they solve any problem you just mention. (We communicated via WhatsApp.)

"Safe and nice home stay"

Wonderful location right next to landmark St. Trinity Cathedral. Facility very clean and well maintained with right amount of vintage and simplicity. Vibe warm like a home since it’s actually more of a home stay with the kind owner family (share the roof but live independently without interrupting guests while being helpful whenever needed). Living room with musical instruments as the legacy of the kid upbringing. Safe, cozy, glimpse of local Georgian life and cost effective. Suitable for both extroverts and introverts as well as solo female travelers. By the way, beautiful garden entrance with cute cats rubbing around :) Highly recommended

Everything is fine just a reminder to bring toothpaste or slippers since that’s not included in the amenities

"Everything you need for a short stay in Tbilisi. Basic, but ticks all the boxes!"

The host family were very friendly and I felt very safe. The location is convenient for accessing the rest of the city, particularly via the metro. There are lots of shops, bakeries and kiosks around the neighbourhood for breakfast.

It was great.
