Efficient and quiet air-conditioning in upper rooms, close to a nice restaurant Chinkali House with a great terrace and big variety of chinkali and other dishes, I recommend to try tolma in grape leaves 👍

No air-conditioning in studio room on ground floor, Non Eng speaking owners, wife of the owner was almost upset, that we dont speak Russian, you can talk in Eng only to their son , the house is hardly to find as there is no information outside on the bldg, we wanted to change the room on bigger one which was empty, but they did not agree,

Very efficient and quiet air-conditioning, clean room, comfortable beds, there is a nice restaurant Chinkali House 5 min down the street

Owners do not speak English at all, so if you need anything they have to call their son, place is on the hill and it is quite hard to find, there is no mark showing neither name K&N Gueshouse nor address, during our stay there was a blackout on the street and we could not use the light and hot water in the evening, we asked for 10% discount and they agreed

Air-conditioning was working perfectly, just as we needed, was silent and efficient, not too strong and not too weak and that is not common 🙂 Comfortable beds, clean rooms, Chinkali House restaurant with a variety of good food and a great roof terrace

Nothing, everything was great

The place is very good. Owners are extremely kind, and can recommend you many places to visit around. The view is awesome, and you can enjoy it every evening.

It was without breakfast. The location was noisy , as there was a big hotel , restaurant opposite the room.

Had a lovely stay at K&N guesthouse - the room was clean and comfortable, had AC and TV. The family was very sweet, friendly and helpful, suggested places to eat that wouldn't be overpriced. The playful owner's cat always lifted the mood :D Great location - close to the city centre (max 20-30 min walk to old Tbilisi), close to the metro (9 min), close to Holy Trinity Cathedral, various cafes and shops. The hill that some people mentioned wasn't really a problem. All taxi drivers also found the place. Thanks for the cozy stay!

Not an Apartment, more a homesstay where you life with the family. Very friendly but also watching your every step

Property is run by a very nice couple. They are exceptionally responsive and attentive. The room was clean and cozy. Location is also convenient and suitable. We highly recommend to choose this place when you come to visit city as it will guarantee you great experience :) Wish we could have more time to stay in this place, and sorry for early departure.
