What we really loved was how central the B&B was, with an easy walk to both Windermere and Bowness. The hosts were clearly passionate and made us feel instantly welcome and at home. The beds were super comfy too!

Great breakfast. Comfy beds. Friendly hosts - shared their knowledge and maps of the local area. Made to feel very welcome and hosts were keen to help out with any questions we had. Great vegetarian options for breakfast. Good location on quiet street.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Lake District. The guest house was in a perfect location and the hosts were exceptional. Extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the accommodation was more than we could wish for. Due to us deciding to stay an extra night, meant we had to chance room, but this was done without hassle and both rooms we stayed in were superb. Would definitely recommend and would choose to stay there again.
