Everything. From a.panicked phone call to them when we were in transit and the booking had dropped of the booking.com app, to the brilliant service of Ken and Cindy. If we could rate it higher than 10 we would. We went as strangers and left as friends

The hosts the most! So welcoming both Ken & Cindy go above and beyond. Rooms are so comfortable & you have everything you need from dressing gowns to hot chocolates it’s just a lovely place to stay.

Location of the property is perfect for us as we came for Christmas markets. Ken and Cindy are the most helpful and friendliest hosts and nothing is to much trouble. This is the second time we have stayed at Denehurst and we cannot fault anything. The full english breakfast was superb and the homemade waffles were delicious!! We cannot recommend this guest house highly enough. Can't wait to come back.
