"Pleasant and sufficient for a short stay."

It was ‚old style‘, small and personal. The owner of the hotel was extremely polite, as well as being very helpful and attentive. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Mile and tourist attractions. Breakfast was included and a vast variety of choices was catered for, with great attention to detail.

It is right next to the bus station and as a result, there was rather a lot of street noise at night. We stayed there Friday to Saturday, so maybe it is quieter during the week, but for light-sleepers, it could be difficult.

"Good location, but not a very comfortable stay, especially for the price."

The location is great.

The beds were not comfortable. We were on the top floor. There are no lifts and we had a lot of luggage. The toilet had trouble flushing. I would not stay here again.

"Midden in de stad, met persoonlijke aandacht"

Dichtbij Waverley, Calton Hill and The Stand ( comedy club). Hele leuke tips om te eten en voor pubs gekregen van Murray. Heerlijk ontbijt, Full Scottish.
