The host was great, very helpful. Gave us very good recommendations for sight-seeing and places to eat. excellent breakfast. Very clean room.

The room was a bit small. Many stairs. Murray the host helped carry the luggage, but it is not accessible for people who have a hard time climbing stairs.

"Location can’t be beaten for value for money, definitely recommend."

Murray is a fantastic host, he accommodated my request to leave my bag for the day and collected it later with a key. Breakfast is superb (full Scottish). Excellent location, literally a stones throw from St James Quarter.

Shower pressure could be a bit higher.

"We had a lovely stay!"

We had a very pleasant stay. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Murray, who was very friendly and gave us great tips on what to visit in Edinburgh. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In the morning, Murray prepared a warm breakfast for all guests on request, which was a lovely touch. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here!

"Bellissimo soggiorno"

Posizione molto comoda, distante pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus dall'aeroporto e dalla città vecchia. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione molto buona e varia con possibilità di scegliere il piatto cucinato al momento.

Da tenere presente che ci sono parecchie scale da fare per raggiungere le camere, se si hanno valigie ingombranti. La camera un po' piccola di dimensioni ma non è stato un problema.

Location - 5 minute walk to train station and just a few seconds walk to bus station.

I was in smallest room which was comfortable but a bit dated.
