the location is great close to everything. you are 5 minutes from a very major artery, the large mall, a metro station. Old Tbilisi is a 10-minute walk away. the apartment is clean and well equipped: Kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc… Giorgi is welcoming and friendly. He will give you all the information about his hometown and Georgia in general. The area is quiet for peaceful sleep. And just opposite are two mini markets. The quality to price ratio is excellent. I stayed 3 nights and I have already booked 2 nights for my return to Tbilisi before leaving this beautiful country…

The owner gave me some useful information about the transfer from the airport and SIM card etc. He was really kind person and flexible.

If the wash basin at the both room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed in the bathroom, it would be perfect.

The owner Giorgi is really nice and helpful. The location is near Liberty Square and lot of store and cafe surrounding. The also have kitchen, washing mashine, Refrigerator, tea and coffee. Very nice place!

Comfortable and clean room. Helpful owner. Easy to walk to attractions. Good kitchen facilities.

Stairway into building had a strong cat urine smell. Only one bathroom so sometimes have to wait.

It would be much appreciable if option of bidet sprayer is available.

Pretty clean room and public area (kitchen and bathroom). In the kitchen you can find a lot of dishes, tea, coffee, sugar. Very pleasant host! Such a good man.

There is a small banner in the kitchen like “20% of my country is occupied by Russians”. That’s not so polite. We are not guilty for the situation. Looks not very hospitable.

Easy to check in. Great value.
