Good place for the price

No meeting of people there - self check in

Small room (including AC), but together with the shared bathroom + kitchen area (including washing machine), all that was needed was available. Owner is really friendly and very proactive and clear in his communications! Good location for exploring the city and close to several restaurants.

It’s a 2-person room, but the bed would be relatively small for 2 persons (but for me for one person only more than enough space :)). Also pillows are relatively hard, but that’s a matter of personal preference :)

The location

The continuing public construction, right out of the hostel.

I spent 3 nights and came back a week later to spend 2 more nights. I was very pleased with the location of this hotel, relatively close to everything. funicular, Grands Boulevards, the old town, a metro station, a large mall, cafes, restaurants, exchange offices etc. The rooms are very clean, shared kitchen, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Giorgi, the host, who is welcoming and friendly, will make you feel at home. he also gives very good advice for places to visit in Tbilisi and throughout Georgia. The price is very reasonable. I would come back with pleasure.
