The location is perfect

The furniture is very old and there was a spider Web in the room

The location is not far for main attractions. Max 10 mins to the freedom square and can get the city sight seeing bus for main attractions

Great location, right in the heart of town. It’s a quaint and really old building. Room was comfortable and had sufficient amenities. Giorgi and his wife very so friendly and courteous!

Bathrooms were a little on the smaller side, but for the price and location it’s a very small price to pay.

The best place with its price

Everything was great. The location is really good and it has everything you need for a great stay. They were also very friendly and welcoming.

Good value for money if you are looking for a cheap place to stay near the center

The place itself is very basic and small, the building is very old.

Guesthouse is very well situated in central Tiblisi and was quite cheap

Rooms are really very small (as the name suggests...), you live in a community-living like arrangement with other guests and share kitchen and bathroom (you have to like that, we expected s.th. else)

Easy self check-in, perfect location, clean room
