What a fabulous location and a great places we and Ted loved it Can we come and live here please It was that good

Really comfortable home from home nice walks Nateby not far or Kirkby Stephen. Drove into Kendell too which is not too far. Lovely views great little touch too with some chocolate brownies for our arrival.

Great location but late checki.n is a bit off putting

Lovely quiet location, we had an upstairs unit with a lovely courtyard that was private.

I know this is a family run business, but it is a very late check-in and early departure required. As a frequent user of self contained apartments I felt this was not customer focused.

Lovely peaceful little place. Beautiful surroundings. Bed so comfy. Great facilities

Clean Location was central to what we wanted to do Very homely , lemon drizzle cake on Arrival was a nice touch .

Everything. Great property. We were finishing a drive back from the nc500 and needed a weekend to relax. Super close to tebay, and some great pubs. The lambs inn was exceptional.

Nothing, it's a quaint unobtrusive getaway.

Stunning peaceful position. Chocolate brownie.
