Beautiful location. A warm and friendly welcome. Lovely quiet room with TV and free wi-fi. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.

The location is absolutely breathtaking. Right by the river, it's quiet and walking distance into Tintern. The hotel is kept very beautiful and has a lovely homely feel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfast and food in general.

"For a one night stay it was ideal and most enjoyable."

Breakfast was excellent good portions and very tasty. Room was small but adequate. Location was ideal for visiting Tintern Abbey. A most enjoyable stay.

Great location, lovely clean rooms, fab breakfast & lovely friendly staff. Dinner in the bar was also excellent.

Water pressure in the shower a bit low but for a night not a problem

Breakfast was good with gluten free options available.

Location. Whilst close(ish) To what else there is in the village, you are literally right on the main road. Could touch lorries from bedroom. Hot water is stupidly hot. Children could have serious issues. We ran a bath and couldn't even touch the tap as it got that hot. Thought water temperature had to be regulated.
