Perfect location for us for a quick stopover. Anna was prompt to communicate and provide us with all the necessary arrival and departure information. The accommodation is private and the facilities clean and to a good standard.

Bit too close to railway seems busier than last visit

Trains and planes

Everything. Comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe. The hosts were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome.

Nothing

Anna and 'The Engine Shed' were delightful. Clean and well thought out layout. Custard cremes in a jar and a fridge with fresh milk.

The trains started up before 5am, so as they are within yards of the accommodation, it was a rude awakening. We knew the train line was next door, but didn't know the trains started 4am to 5am. The beds could benefit from a topper as were rather uncomfortable. Lastly the bath towels were rather small, better to have a bath sheet for decency.

Very comfortable with everything you need. Lovely touches of fresh milk and a warm reception from Anna.

My husband snoring.

Self contained. Hosts were lovely and welcoming. Great room, comfortable and spotless. A great night’s sleep.

One small thing that might work. Although breakfast wasn’t provided, maybe the option of small packets of cereals( as milk is provided) would be welcome.
