"Clean ,cosy good value for money"

The owners were friendly and communicated effectively, giving directions so it was easy to find. They kindly even provided oat milk on request.

It is by a rail line which didn't bother me but may be a issue if your a light sleeper

Very cosy, comfortable room with good facilities. Perfectly located for my visit to family in the area. Welcoming, friendly hosts.

There wasn’t anything I disliked, however, as breakfast isn’t provided (this is made clear in property description, so this isn’t a complaint)a few basic items of crockery and cutlery would be useful, for those on a tight budget, trying to self-cater.

Great location. property clean and with good facilities. Coffee and tea supplied and milk in fridge an added bonus. Liked the seating area outside where we could sit and have a drink. short drive into the town and beach.
