The property helpers who let us in were friendly and helped us check in. Probably the best part of the guest house.

Smelt strongly of food when entering, the room was absolutely boiling hot, left windows open for fresh air but lights shining in and people making a noise outside. I smelt strongly of the same food smell when we left (early hours of the morning because of that!) definitely not worth £75! If I paid less I would have accepted it but rather stay in a hotel In future

It was close to where I was going

Not to mention the dust and the general condition of the room, which I could have tolerated—imagine my horror when I discovered the bed was full of tiny insects just before going to sleep (see photos). There were even some on the wall. So I called the person in charge of accommodations, who came over and offered me another room that seemed better, except it turned out to have the same problem. He offered to change the sheets, which I accepted. However, when there were insects again just 10 minutes later, I realised that the entire building must be infested. So I decided to leave because there was no way I was going to sleep under such conditions, and I had to find another hotel at 11:30 p.m. I contacted Booking to request a refund, but the owner is refusing. I’m not going to let this go.

The beds where very comfortable and linen and towels very clean

The doors to rooms are a little noisy and walls quite thin. But over than great.

The Bed was very comfortable, the kettle was clean and the bed linen. I shall definitely be returning. The perfect one night stay over.
