nothing it is closed but you can book and pay them! fraud!!

Did not notify me or the other gentleman that the was closed. Only found out when we arrived at the property after a 3 hour drive!!

Nothing as they closed last minute without letting us know which would have left us stranded had a friend not looked the place up by chance and told us it was listed as permanently closed on Google!

Despite clearly automated emails from the Baltic Inn saying they're looking forward to welcoming us, the place is closed presumably because they've gone bust. An automated message plays when you phone their number explaining they are closed due to circumstances beyond their control and to contact your booking agent or a solicitor for a refund. Had we not of realised before we set off we'd have turned up with our 6 year old and been left high and dry. Fuming! And to top it off still awaiting refund from Booking.com despite 3 lengthy telephone conversations... Double fuming!

There was a note on the door saying they had closed down. No notification to those who had booked. We arrived at 7 pm and then had to start looking for somewhere to stay for two nights with a daughter who has learning difficulties and a dog! Booking.com took payment for this hotel few days before even though it looked as though it had closed down.

The property had stopped trading and did not notify me

The hotel has shut down and reservations are still possible! we arrived to the empty hotel, with a note that it had to shut down, reservations hasnt been cancelled, other hotel unavailable and at night you have nowhere to go because not too much choice around and everyone is fully booked! absolutely disgraceful toward the customers! remove the hotel from the booking system if its closed!

Didn’t get one

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was closed down when I arrived with no explanation. Booking.com were still advertising the hotels days later.

We had booked a room in this hotel on 16th May, when we reached the hotel, there was no one in the hotel. We called but no one picked up. My wife and I, along with our one year old daughter, waited in their parking lot the whole night. No one picked up our phone, we had no other option. We had already paid. I had driven there for 4 hours but no one was there.
