for me personally the room was amazing and the added bonus of having a kitchen/fridge was a bonus, I was able to cook my own food and not have to 'buy out' as I came here for a funeral so didn't have to worry about extra expences

this is not a bad thing but for me a 'grab rail' at the door to enter would be a good thing (I'm disabled) also there were no cups for tea and coffee (although I found one) also all the taps I tried did not have cold water?

When staying for a week, no regular cleaning service.

This was if not the worst close to it. The place is tiled floors walls nothing to stop the noise and echoes. Most of the other guests were road workers and a couple had old vans parked outside my rooms window,so when they left at 530am i got the the smell and noice from the old trucks and vans straight into my room. I never got to speak to or see and staff only communication was txt. I needed clean towels and toilet paper that took 2 days by then bought my own toilet roll. No cups no glasses and cutlery this i sent txt about got no reply. Constant noise all night . My bed was a mattress resting on 2 boxes that looked like pair of draws from a cupboard. When you had a shower the water would runt into bedroom. The security of the place was cheaply done and sometimes the system would lock me out or it would say low battery on the lock but keep trying and would unlock. The bed was so bad as i had pointed out not a bed but a mattress on boxes.
