The Lavenders

It is in a convenient location close to the train station and not too far from the Lexicon. The room was better than I expected in terms of cleanliness after the comments—you get what you pay for, so don't expect luxury for the price of a guest house. Nonetheless, it was comfy and clean, and the free amenities provided were also a great bonus.

Cooking utensils were old, dirty, and damaged. Wifi was tragic. Other people were annoying, but that was out of control for the property. They would leave the kitchen a bit dirty. Two people arrived a few days after me, and they were so obnoxiously loud all the time. As I was travelling for a last-minute work trip and virtually everything was booked up within the allowance I could use due to Royal Ascot week, this was frustrating as I had to get up for work early each day, but they would disturb me at night as the walls were thin. But again, I am aware this is out of the property s control who stays there

Comfy bed and good en suite shower and toilet. Easy to access with the codes and good communication from the owner. Ideal parking.

The cold water tap only let out tepid water despite me running it through thoroughly. The kitchen was untidy with gone off food in the fridge. The other guests were extremely noisy until late at night and very early in the morning (2300 & 0530). They were also smoking weed and had no regard at all for other guests. Not happy with this as I was then very tired before my long drive home. Left hours before my check out just to get away!

Accessibility to the Bracknell Station

The rooms were too small and the same with the beds

It was a small but comfortable room which was perfect for what we wanted after a day's racing. It was clean enough and loved the way it was decorated. The beds were so comfortable and had lovely white cotton sheets and covers, my favourite 😍.. situated in a quieter area of bracknell. Yes I would stay again.

Needed a toilet roll holder, needed cups and glasses in the room. We found hooks were a bit high for clothing .

Clean.

Chosen the property for its quiet time (21:00-08:00). Permanent residents above, but in the same property, were awake shouting, moving furniture and slamming doors whilst walking past my room all night. It’s not a hotel, it’s a house. Misleading and the owner had nothing to say except “it’s cheap, what did you expect?”.

Very nice stay.
