The location is good. I like walking when I travel, so the city centre was in my walking distance, although some may argue. The neighbourhood is calm and there are barely people or cars passing by, so it is rather quite.

The property needs some thorough cleaning. There were stains everywhere, from the carpets to the walls. Since it followed what I found to be standard english fashion for whole house to be covered with carpets, cleaning can be rather challenging, but it is a must. Even the bath mat in the bathroom, which is easily replaceable, had stains on it and looked dirty and nasty. The bed isn't the most comfortable one also.

For the value of money, its fine. Initially it didnt have any toiletries but the host responded quick enough. Also the bus goes to city centre and its near to the house. It also has kitchen and some utensils to use as well.

It doesnt have a TV in room. There was only one towel in the room. It has stairs to get to the room.
