Didn’t match the description!!! Said there was air conditioning, a private entrance, and a spa and there definitely wasn’t. Contacted host and was told the air conditioning meant the heating radiator. Would not recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with most things you needed.

The refrigerator doesn’t stay cold well and some of the food I had in there went off.

The kitchen was nice

The bathroom in the room was not really clean. The bed was too small and uncomfortable for two. The window blind was not thick enough as sun rays entered the room as early as 4 am and we were unable to sleep. The room was right on a very busy road which makes it uncomfortable. There was no fan or air-conditioning system in the room in the heat of the summer making it difficult to have a good relaxation. The shower was too small and could hardly fit a single person.

Nothing, it was an unsuitable venue for my needs!

Top floor... carrying my case, with a heart condition. Very low bed! Shared bathroom and the other occupants were unfriendly and didn't speak to me! No cups, or glasses or any suitable receptacles in the kitchen to take water for my heart medications. Also, the location was too far from the Sparkle event at Canal St! It cost me £60 in taxi rides at £10 a shot! I hated it, sorry!

The room was not clean, the bed had used sheets and no laundry
