Location suited me, felt safe enough, quiet, bed comfortable, shower in shared bathroom worked well and water was hot (there are plenty of places in this price bracket where a shower can be hit and miss). There's a row of shops and a big Asda very close by if you need food/breakfast/other basics. And (if you ask local residents- not obvious or right outside door, but a couple of minutes walk) there are bus stops nearby that don't take long to get into centre of city.

The whole block seems to have lots of secure off-street parking, but it doesn't appear to be available for people booking stays here, so it's street parking and you'll have to take your chance as to how close you'll get... Room and house cold on arrival/first night, and radiator in room didn't appear to be adjustable- heating came on daytime following day, and then off again in evening- whole house system rather than being able to control temperature in own room? Room and shared bathroom slightly grubby- so not really dirty, but not really clean either. Check out the skirting boards/under the bed....... No bath mat provided in bathroom so floor wet every time I visited. Bedroom- Bed fine, blind across window partially broken (and even if it wasn't, it would have been a struggle to ensure privacy), other furniture functional in a slightly shaky/flimsy sort of way (think bottom end stuff from a charity shop). Couldn't find a glass in bedroom or kitchen for a glass of water at bedtime, no bin in room. Half a roll of toilet roll in room to take with you to the bathroom!? Why not treat everyone to toilet paper in the bathroom so you don't have to remember to take it from one room to the next? I'm really really not expecting luxury at £70 a night- it's just a shame that it felt they were so dedicated to calibrating the bare minimum required at the price.

It's nice to be out of the city but still only a 15 minute bus into it. It is quite cheap. The room itself was clean.

You do get what you pay for, other reviews are correct in saying you should only spend two nights here. The rest of the apartment was quite dirty and it smelled quite musty too, there was a general feeling that the whole place needed a good clean. The sheets weren't the warmest either.

Location was okay and it was easy to check in and out. There is also free parking close.

Bathroom wasn’t clean, towels provided were tea towel sized and damp when we arrived, there was no desk or any surface to work from, shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold, bed isn’t a double, and there was no mattress topper.

Was not as described the kitchen was shared and dirty no access to rear of building no private balcony as it was accessible by the whole building there was strange people sleeping on the furniture in the front room the main door to the building was constantly left unlocked the room was not cleaned Carpet was stained and not hoovered Bed had lots of hair and marks on when we arrived we also had to buy are own pillows due to only having 1 pillow per person which were flat All surfaces were dirty ie front of wardrobe bathroom mirror toilet was stained on outside shower screens were dirty with mould on rails Walls were dirty and had marks all over them Above the window was cracked and falling apart Cobwebs in bathroom and extractor fan which was did not work All over rooms were very noisy as come in between 2am-4am

- Close to a bus stop which has frequent buses - spacious room - staff were friendly and have great communication - parking was safe and optional wether you would like free or not

- the bedding was Gucci which felt strange much rather it be a normal bedding especially as some furniture was modern and some was old - broken light, stains or hole on the walls - dusty - only provided with 2 small hand towels and one pillow

The bedroom was clean and roomy and the bathroom was just next door.

The other residents of the house were quite unfriendly, there was no crockery or cutlery that I could use and there was no access to the rear garden as the key for the door was missing, don’t get me wrong for the money it was perfectly acceptable but spending 6 days there was hard work, for a night or 2 it would be fine
