nice communication, accommodation standard, simply furnished, the house was quiet even when other guests were present. the room was simply furnished and for the purpose of overnight stay while visiting the city absolutely sufficient. a short walk from the bus stop and about 20 minutes directly to the center of Manchester.

Handy for Whitworth and uni etc. The top floor room with small roof terrace opposite is nice.

Access info was last-minute, but clear and helpful when it came.

Perfect location for Manchester City Centre, good communication, convenient check-in, cosy, roof-top terrace, nice kitchen and dining area

General lack of cleanliness - dirty carpets, old stained towels that felt unwashed, variable shower temperature, dirty bathroom with marks and stains on walls, insecure wifi (Huawei router), tired flannelette sheets, double bed too small for two people

It was a very quite place and neet and clean . ASDA was just a 3 minutes walking distance . Good warm bathrooms . Room was very comfortable and offered a wardrobe with table , chair and lamp as well . 2 side bed tables were there as well . Kitchen was there with cutlery and Fridge for storage with oven , washing machine and dish washer .I am a professional eye doctor and had exams so could easily prepare for exams and enjoy my stay .

Honestly , it was a perfect place for solo or couple to stay in my opinion .
