The location of the property is wonderful as it’s right in the middle of two smaller towns, and close to a lot of major hiking paths. Ambleside is a two hour walk

The room was a little small but cosy I personally had a huge suitcase packed for all weather eventualities so really that is to blame! The room was lovely.

Amazing friendly owners/staff very helpful and accommodating, great location just a short walk down the hill to the lake/resturants, tasty fresh breakfast.

Only bad thing I could say in our room there was a dip in the mattress which made it uncomfortable feel like this could be easily fixed tho

Lovely, friendly hosts . Breakfast was good .

Our room was little on small side and not very clean is dirty skirting boards , bathroom needs good clean also
