After contacting the hotel prior arrival informing our plane didn't arrive till 11.30 pm we got to hotel and no keys in door as was instructed some other customers had taken our keys and put there luggage in our room and took our keys the owners had an attitude with several different excuses and after 1 hour the management came to sort it with these customers who arrived mysteriously with them the manager apologised and said we could stay for free only to change this after our stay and making us pay very unprofessional and not a hotel to trust that doesn't even have same name as it advertised as

The location and price were easy to get. It was exactly what you would expect from the pictures of the property – nothing too outstanding, but acceptable for the price paid, considering what was going on in Glasgow at the time.

I understand it’s a guest house, but some clean, plain white bedding would go a long way with the rooms. The rooms are exceptional, but the bedding we had looked quite faded and didn’t look the most pleasing. It was definitely clean, but the bedding just looked old and worn out. Maybe some air freshener in the bathroom would help, as there’s no window and it smelt quite damp, especially in the morning.

Great location for access to Bellahouston park concert & Ibrox stadium

Cheap! (So read the rest with that in mind). Clean, well maintained. Very well located

Limited facilities (everything offered was there, though). Unstaffed. Poor sound insulation

The room was clean, good value for money! Ideal for what we needed.

Some of the plug sockets didn’t work, and there was an extension but only for one plug, apart from that everything was great.

This was my second stay in the same room.i found a loose toilet seat, no chair, no wall coat hooks, no bathroom towel holders, these are very small upgrades that can make a big difference Also, some guests slamming doors 4 in the morning with no consideration for others.
