Old Street

The guest house is located right next to the fort and has excellent food joints around. Our room was nice and cozy with all the basic amenities, which is a steal deal for the price. Owners are kind and sweet. Their homemade wine and breakfast is a must try!

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful served in the most charming garden. The location was perfect across from a great restaurant, directly in front of the old fort. Wet shower but good, great balcony, comfortable bed, lovely family.

Fantastic guesthouse. Excellent location near the bus station and palace. I left the bag there early in the morning and went off to visit Vardzia. Amazing, generous breakfast for 10 gel. They even made it for me at 7.30am as I had an early marshrutka. Nice restaurant opposite the guesthouse. Lovely clean room

Absolutely wonderful guesthouse. The owners are kind and helpful, the location is ideal, and the property is beautiful. Plus, an outstanding breakfast served on a lovely secluded veranda. Excellent all around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Old Street! The room was very comfortable with ac. The owners are really friendly and organised a private tour with taxi to the Vardzia Caves for us. The optional breakfast was outstanding. They put much energy and love into their guesthouse! We liked it a lot so we extended our stay for one additional night!
