Old Street

Great location just below entrance to Rabati Castle and opposite a couple restaurants. Our ensuite room was at the front of the house, very private and lovely and warm (we were there in the middle of winter). They also offer a good value taxi service (by the family's son) to nearby attractions such as Vardzia and Khertvisi Fortress which we used. Breakfast offering was good value including tea, omlettes, fresh bread, cheese, salad.

Nice people, nice house, perfect location

The room was cold. The heater was not hot enough and they just told me that it's the maximum and that's it. The batroom.was very tiny and also the water could be warmer.

The location is absolutely amazing, right next to Rabati castle. The rooms were cute and cozy and had everything you needed and more - warm bed linen, slippers, two towels and a kettle for making tea. A large shared living room to chill in and have separate space to the bedroom and the breakfast was amazing!

nothing, the property is more than excellent value for your money! of course it’s not a 4 star hotel, but there nothing you will miss, and the price is excellent value for money.

Great location, clean, nice owner family lives onsite and accessible when you need anything.

Breakfast was the same for 3 days, hot water ran out if you take time with your shower.
