This place should carry a health warning, the wallpaper was hanging of the wall, the plug sockets were exposed, the bed looked like it was just pushed into the room and made do, the windows were filthy and the blinds were broken, absolutely disgusting place that needs a big faceliift and clean, for the price I'd expect some kind of cleanliness at the least, but even the carpet was missing in places and not touching the skirting boards, as though they had just filled closets

Absolute vile place dirty bedroom broken bed the lot.

Dirty razors on floor my daughter could have picked them up absolute state. they said they would refund me as i went elsewhere and booked another hotel yet they are now ignoring do not book.

Beds were comfortable Tea and coffee provided

Bath towels weren't provided, only hand towels. We were only given 2 hand towels in the triple room and they had dirt on them. Not enough toilet roll. Very bad walls and ceilings, practically falling apart. Bathrooms very unclean. Looks like they hadn't been cleaned in months. No body soap or shower gel provided. Front doors don't lock so not secure. No bins provided, only in bathroom. Unable to contact them and they don't call you back. You have to collect the keys from a nearby hotel. No staff available, except at the other hotel. Small rooms, not much space. No normal TV channels, you need to connect TV to Internet. No wifi or nearby wifi. Refund not possible. Bed had hole in base so had to move rooms. You can hear everything. Shocking, worst stay I have ever had.
