Everything No one to collect keys from Had to go to another building to get the keys where there was still no staff No one was answering the phone when calling the number provided Room was unclean, bed was uncomfortable, razor on shower floor, lights didn’t work in the toilet, the shower and the room, kettle and tea provided but no cups and the kettle couldn’t fit in the sink to fill it up. No clear instructions on where to leave the key when leaving and shocking parking outside And also there was no remote with the TV so was stuck on one channel

It is near the tower which is where I was spending the weekend. The shower was good. Room was adequate.

No reception, so on phoning to find out how to collect the key the chap was very unfriendly and rude, after a 7 1/2 hour drive you want to be welcomed not treated like an inconvenience, all he needed to do was give me the information. Mattress springs had gone so not a comfortable bed.

Hole in ceiling which water dripped through into a bucket. Bed was broke window did not close so it was freezing also no light bulb in room told staff and they just gave us a bulb to do it our self.

Lovely staff and very good priced.

There was nothing I didn't like it was all good.
