well where do i start we got to our hotel and when we went in there was a funny smell which wasn't very nice it smelt like a damp smell we went up to our room which was very small and we found marks all up the walls the bed was broken and you could feel every spring in the bed we had a awful night sleep the shared bathroom was awful there was mould on the ceiling and in the shower the toilet smelt of urine and wasn't very clean we didn't stop another night we decided to leave and go home i would NEVER stop in this hotel again it could do with a lot of work doing to it i know you getwhat you paid for but the hotel was a mess

The bed was comfy and there was a sink with running water. Plenty sockets in room for charging phone running a tablet.

Was advertised that WIFI was available in the property when there was no Internet whatsoever. There is a wifi SSID and password wrote on paper stuck on the wall but it's from years ago it just hasn't been taken down. The bedroom door doesn't close properly so therefore unable to lock the door at night. And a strange woman walked in as she thought it was her room but it was fine as had a little giggle about it but it shouldn't have been funny whatsoever. The carpet in the bedroom was dirty on arrival all it needed was a run over with the hoover but no. The light in the bedroom didn't work. Somebody vomited all over the bath with the shower from the night before I arrived so certainly wasn't going to use. There was dried in poo around the floor of the toilet. If you open the window there will be flies all day in the room till about 8pm then you will overwhelmed with moths during the night especially with the phone screen light lit up and use of the hall way light outside of the room attracting them also. Contacted the owner of the problems and he listened initially then just hung up on me. There is more to tell but these are the main points. Amazing how the property is allowed to operate this way.

Nothing at this hotel was likeable, it was disgusting one toilet didn't flush the other bathroom was filthy, shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, there was poo on the floor. Would not recommend this at all

Thr best thing abt the room was tea and coffee making facilities and a towel.

The room was clean, smelled damp, showed possibly teabag stains along the wall left by previous guests? Torn wallpaper. Missing tv not advertised as seen. It feels like I've been misled abt thr room!,plus the door had a slight damage as if someone kicked it in! 1 bathroom and downstairs toilet shared amongst guests. The shower was good but the )door didn't close properly.

Was dirty, cold and so noisy The bathroom / toilet where disgusting People are playing music at like 2 o’clock in the morning It was absolutely freezing. I asked for the heating on and I got ignored. The room is absolutely disgusting. Wallpaper hanging off the walls blood on the walls. Didn’t feel safe at all
