Very bad need to talk to someone as there was no staff and the room and bathroom and place didn't look like booking.com and it smelt horrible off weed the walls were discussing and doors didn't lock downstairs rubbish in hallway as you walk in it was like a horror we rang the place who said they could only txt and having to go to another holet to get out keys there is more if you want we had to book in somewhere else as this holet didn't txt us back

Everything never going to book in there the owner needs telling how bad it is

Did not go in as area is full off hmo,and did not feel safe as there where unsavoury people hanging about

Very central close to public transport and beach

I asked for someone to fix tv heater and broken toilet seat i went out next morning i was out of town and got message staff were knocking on my door well i wasnt there i said can staff let themselves in didnt hear anymore i gave up and left with nothing fixed

Good location quiet clean and warm.

Nothing was absolutely disgusting should be shut down and for the images on booking have a laugh the bloke shut be fined and defo defo DEFO shut down

Where to start the staff are rude and not helpful at all. The windows don't close The ceiling was coming away and so is the wallpaper There is mould and the shower is absolutely disgusting I called the owner and he said he would see if he could change our rooms but didn't get back to me we were in room 8&9 Rooms were freezing DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA AS MY CHILD SOES SO WE COULDN'T STAY THERE I HAD TO BOOK IN TO.A DIFFERENT HOTEL FOR 2 NIGHTS AND NOW THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND AS WE DIDN'T STAY THERE!!!
