Comfortable spacious and private rooms right in the heart of the old town in a historic building. Good AC, as well as natural light and airflow from shuttered windows. Good linen, bed and shower.

1-4 flights of stairs depending on what floor you are on. This didn’t bother us but it’s one to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs. Location hard to pinpoint on arrival but helpful staff came out to meet us at the old town gate. You may want to arrange this before you arrive, or ask a local for directions.

The location in the old town was fantastic; easy walking distance to all of the sightseeing locations and pleasantly quiet at night. Our host contacted us by phone in advance of our arrival and met us near the apartment to show us exactly where it was located which was incredibly helpful. The room was large enough for our two large suitcases without being crowded. The beds and bedding were comfortable. Having a refrigerator in the room for our snacks was convenient. Breakfast was well stocked with the normal variety of offerings.

Just a tip, don’t be shy about contacting the host if you cannot find it on your own on the first try. Also, be aware that there are steps to access the apartment and the steps inside the apartment are narrow, which is no problem, just know it and plan accordingly.

The staff was very friendly! We had to leave very early on our day of departure (before breakfast) and they packed us a huge lunch and left it in the mini fridge for us!

The building was a little challenging to find since it's in a pedestrian area with narrow streets, but they came and met us in the nearby plaza.
